Get to know our story! You’ll see we’re locally operated and founded by an exterior remodeling lifer – Kevin Shiner. Kevin started our family company as a young man, and we’ve stayed true to our principles since Day One.

Kevin started doing roofs as a teen in the summertime with his father. Our President, Joe Francis, has lived in this area his whole life and joined Shiner Exteriors in 1990. Improving homes and businesses runs through our company’s veins.
