Shiner Exteriors strives to give you outstanding customer service and complete satisfaction. Together with other convenient solutions, we offer our customers a convenient way to fill out our warranty service request form online. If you prefer a print copy for mailing or faxing, please click here.
After the form has been submitted online, you will also need to submit, via email or regular mail, a signed and dated copy of your original SRI sales agreement, and photo(s) of the exterior of your home of the problem area (taken from the ground), and interior photos if applicable. If submitting the form by mail or fax, this information should also be included.
We will review all requests and either schedule a visit to repair in accordance with the terms of our written warranty or advise if the work is not covered under the terms of our warranty. In some cases, a visit will be necessary to determine the status of the warranty coverage.
