In addition to our convenient exterior remodeling process, we offer an easy way to fill out our warranty service request form online.
After you submit your form, you’ll also need to submit via email or regular mail:
- A signed and dated copy of your original SRI sales agreement.
- Photo(s) of the exterior problem area of your home from the ground.
- Any interior photos, if applicable.
We review all requests and either schedule a repair visit per the terms of our written warranty or advise if the work isn’t covered. Sometimes, a visit will be necessary to determine the warranty coverage status.
