Shiner Exteriors – History

Established in 1981, Shiner Exteriors specializes in commercial and residential exterior construction services for Virginia and Maryland. Shiner has completed over 10,000 projects in that time and was recently recognized by The Washington Business Journal as the largest roofing contractor in the Washington, DC area specializing in the residential market.

Shiner has over 50 dedicated employees and is a fully licensed, bonded, and insured contractor. Shiner is in excellent standing with the Better Business Bureau, is an active member in several business associations, and maintains successful partnerships with numerous industry leaders.
