| Gutter Replacement | |

| · | Install gutters with hidden hangers. |
| · | Caulk and seal. |
| · | Clean and haul away debris. |
| Siding Replacement | |
| · | Remove two layers of old siding. |
| · | Install Tyvek House Wrap w/ tape at all seams. |
| · | Install new light blocks, corner posts, split blocks. |
| · | Cover gable vents at two ends of house. |
| · | Install new CertainTeed Monogram Siding – Color: Sterling |
| · | Install CertainTeed Cedar Impressions on front elevation with CertainTeed Monogram on all sides and rear elevations. |
| · | Install new J channel with siding. Caulk and seal J channel to trim areas as needed. |
| · | Replace wood on soffits with strips of plywood-leave one channel to vent. |
| · | Coordinate w/ Dominion Virginia Power to move power line. |
| · | Install custom form aluminum over trim in following areas: eave fascia, rake fascia, returns, door and window trim. |
| · | Areas not to be clad with aluminum: windows and doors on masonry that are not being replaced. |
| · | Covers soffits with vented vinyl soffit panels. |
| · | Clean premises; haul away job related debris. |
| Window Replacement | |
| · | Remove (11) existing double-hung windows. |
| · | Clean and prep all openings for installation of new windows. |
| · | Remove existing caulking from outside wood window trim. |
| · | Install (11) new custom fitted premium vinyl double hung windows (exterior: white; interior: white). |
| · | All units will have Low-E glass, filled with argon gas, night latches. Windows will not have external or internal grids. |
| · | Caulk and seal windows and trim using OSI Quad caulk. |
| · | Clean premises and haul all job-related debris. |
| · | Final inspection of all completed work will be conducted by certified inspector to ensure all specifications listed have been completed. |
| Door Replacement | |
| · | Remove side kitchen storm door and entry door. |
| · | Remove front storm door and entry door. |
| · | Clean and prep all openings for installation of new windows. |
| · | Remove existing caulking from outside wood window trim. |
| · | Install new Pro Via series 430DLA entry door at kitchen entrance. |
| · | Install new Pro Via series 430 DLA entry doorat front entrance. |
| · | Install two Duraguard 094 storm doors at entrances. |
| · | Caulk and seal all molding. |
