· | Scope of work included the entire church structure |
· | One layer of old asphalt shingles were removed and underlayment down to substrate were removed. |
· | The existing wood deck was inspected and necessary repairs were made. |
· | Installed two rows of Certainteed Winterguard ice guard membrane along all eaves, valleys and at the base of all penetrations and roof wall intersections. |
· | Installed custom fabricated painted aluminum drip edge along all eave and rake edges. |
· | One layer of #15 felt underlayment was applied over the roof deck. |
· | Installed new asphalt singles per the manufacturer’s specifications. |
· | Installed (8) new 770 Pro-Flash painted aluminum exhaust vent cover(s) embedded in asphalt roof cement. |
· | Replaced (21) pipe collars with new Pro-Flash painted aluminum pipe collars embedded in asphalt roof cement. |
· | Installed new Pro-Flash painted aluminum step flashing along all roof/ wall intersections. |
· | Installed (25′) of new Pro-Flash custom formed painted aluminum flashing. |
· | Installed new shingles in all valleys using closed cut valley method. |
· | Sealed all metal flashing with color coordinated Vulkem 116 polyurethane sealant. |
· | Installed manufacturer shingle ridge caps. |
· | Installed (13′) of new Shingle Vent II hidden ridge vent in place of old vent on church building. |
· | Additional soffit repairs were made along the left front breezeway, right front breezeway, and right rear breezeway. |
· | In order to ensure that all nails were removed, a magnet was run over the premises to pick up loose nails |
· | The premises was cleaned and all job related debris was hauled away. |
· | Project was evaluated for final review and a certified inspector inspected the project to ensure that all work was performed according to the contract. |
