Main House Construction
·	Replaced roofing, gutters, insulation and window shutters.
·	Installed vented soffit system, wrapped trim and painted existing brick.
·	Removed existing cement front porch, railing and walkway.
·	Installed new flagstone and stone landing steps with Trex® composite railing.
·	Replaced all windows with Restorations® double hung windows.
·	Installed a new garden window in the master bedroom and new bay window in the living room.
·	Replaced one entry door and two rear doors with Therma-Tru® doors.
·	Installed new exterior motion and entry lights.
·	Painted entire interior and installed new crown molding in living and dining rooms.
·	Replaced linoleum floors with new ceramic tile in kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and bar area.
·	Installed new bathroom fans and interior lighting.
·	Replaced all interior doors with new solid doors and hardware.

Deck Construction
·	Designed and installed new Trex Transcend composite decking and railing.
·	Concealed fasteners on deck floor and railing for fluent texture and appearance.
·	Wrapped framing and posts underneath with AZEK composite wood incorporating a drainage system allowing water to escape.

Rear Home Additions: Carport and Screened-in Porch
·	Demolished sheds attached to carport.
·	Installed new walls, windows and doors, as well as a new garage door and opener to construct carport.
·	Removed 1950’s flapper windows.
·	Framed and installed new Restorations Tilt-In Slider Windows and converted one window to a Restoration sliding door.
·	Installed exterior James Hardie® siding and AZEK® trim.
·	Painted interior and exterior surfaces and installed crown molding.
·	Installed new Mitsubishi Ductless HVAC system for sunroom.
·	Installed new ceramic tile, electrical outlets and lighting.
