Shiner Exteriors does work on a lot of great properties in the Northern Virginia area and we’d like the opportunity to tell you about a few of them.

	Clifton, VA ROOFING – AND MORE
	We began this project in Clifton, VA by removing the old, uneven and unsafe gazebo and deck boards on the rear of the home. We installed new premium pressure-treated deck boards and posts on the existing framing, and new railings.
	Falls Church, VA ROOFING – AND MORE
	We began this project in Falls Church, VA by removing all shingles and underlayments on all roof sections. On the upper roof and garage roof, we installed new CertainTeed Carriage House shingles, Georgian Brick, and new CertainTeed 12” filtered Shingle-Over Hidden Ridge Vent, and matching hip and ridge caps.

	Our work on this property included roofing, siding, windows and gutter replacement. In addition, porticos were constructed at the front and side entrances of the house. The front portico included two tapered round Tuscan columns with crown molding. The side portico included two 6′ square columns with white composite handrail and guardrail. Read More >>

	Our work on this property included a complete roof, gutter and trim replacement with an extension of the roof line to update the look of the home. The front dormer was fully modernized with new siding, gutters, wrap and attractive carpentry.

	Our work on this property included a complete roof replacement. We removed one layer of existing cedar shake and installed new CertainTeed Grand Manor asphalt roofing shingles, especially suitable for homes with great steep sloped roofs.

	This job was truly a transformation. The main structure once served as a St. Pierre church, but is now a private residence. Our work on this property included a complete roof replacement, for the entire main house and carriage house.

	The old, wooden deck was completely removed, the area was cleaned and the debris was hauled away. Our professional design team worked with the homeowner to design a deck that would add value and beauty to the house, as well as provide the homeowner with both an aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor space.
